Lead Setter
About the Role
The Lead Setter is responsible for initiating contact with inbound leads, building initial trust, and guiding qualified prospects to schedule a consultation.
This role bridges marketing and sales. The primary objective is booking qualified consults that show up ready to move forward.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Outreach & Follow-Up
Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes of inquiry when possible
Execute multi-touch follow-up (call, text, voicemail) within first 7 days
Continue nurturing leads through ongoing outreach (as needed)
Track all communication inside CRM (GoHighLevel)
2. Lead Qualification
Ask structured questions to understand:
Symptoms / main concerns
Timeline (how long they’ve been dealing with it)
Level of commitment to solving it
Qualify new leads to ensure we are good fits for one another
Surface potential objections
3. Appointment Setting
Clearly communicate the value of the consultation
Objection handle (time, hesitation, uncertainty)
Guide leads to schedule:
$65 Hormone / Metabolic Assessment OR
10-minute discovery call (depending on funnel)
Ensure leads are properly scheduled and confirmed
4. Pre-Frame & Show-Up Optimization
Set expectations for the consult so patients arrive:
Engaged
Open
Ready to hear recommendations
Reinforce:
Why they booked
What they want to solve
Reduce no-shows through confirmation and reminder touch points
5. CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate lead statuses:
New lead
Contacted
Qualified
Booked
Not interested / unqualified
Tag and segment leads appropriately
Keep pipeline organized and up to date daily
Key Outcomes
High speed to lead response
Consistent booking rate from leads → consults
Strong show-up rate for scheduled appointments
Clean, organized pipeline with no leads slipping through
Skills & Traits Required
Strong communication skills (warm, clear, confident)
Ability to guide conversations without sounding scripted
Comfortable handling mild objections and uncertainty
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow systems but adapt in real-time
Genuine interest in helping people solve health problems
